Baba Ramdev performed yoga with participants during a practice session for International Yoga Day at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday.
Ramdev performed yoga with Mufti Shamoon Qasmi, the general secretary of an organisation of imams.
As many as 5,200 teachers from Ramdev’s Patanjali Yogpeeth, and other practitioners including children, participated in the rehearsal. Ramdev also demonstrated a package of yogic asanas.
